What You'll Do:
✅ Design, implement, and support enterprise Windows Server and Azure cloud environments. ✅ Manage Active Directory, Entra ID, virtualization (Hyper-V/VMware), storage, backup, and disaster recovery solutions. ✅ Automate infrastructure using PowerShell and modern Infrastructure as Code practices. ✅ Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize highly available, secure, and scalable IT services. ✅ Collaborate with global infrastructure teams to deliver enterprise-grade cloud and hybrid solutions. ✅ Participate in on-call rotations and support critical infrastructure initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
✔️ 7+ years of experience managing enterprise Windows Server environments and Active Directory. ✔️ 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure. ✔️ Strong experience with Hyper-V and/or VMware virtualization. ✔️ Knowledge of networking, storage, backup, disaster recovery, and infrastructure monitoring. ✔️ Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation. ✔️ Familiarity with Azure services, Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, PKI, and cloud infrastructure best practices. ✔️ Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, or Ansible is a plus. ✔️ Microsoft certifications are highly preferred. ✔️ Excellent communication skills in English.
