Preference: Candidates with previous Intuit experience
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to support mission-critical, large-scale distributed systems running on AWS. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, automation, observability, incident management, and production reliability.
Required Skills:
8+ years of experience in software engineering, SRE, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure operations.
Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, ArgoCD, and GitOps.
Proficiency in at least one programming language: Go, Java, Python, or Ruby.
Experience with monitoring, logging, metrics, and distributed tracing.
Strong CI/CD, production troubleshooting, incident management, and RCA experience.
Knowledge of high availability, multi-region disaster recovery, and fault-tolerant architecture.
Ability to troubleshoot critical production issues under pressure.
Preferred: Previous Intuit experience and experience supporting enterprise-scale, cloud-native platforms.
