📍 Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada
🏢 Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite – 5 Days per Week
📄 Contract Duration: 6 Months
💰 INC Rate: CAD $85–$95/hour
We are seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Platform, Azure, and custom application development.
The ideal candidate will combine low-code configuration with hands-on coding skills to build and integrate enterprise CRM solutions, workflows, and APIs.
🔑 Mandatory Technical Skills
✅ Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Customer Service
✅ Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Pages
✅ Azure solution design and cloud technologies
✅ Dataverse design, development, and integration
✅ Dynamics 365 Customer Service Workspace configuration
✅ Agent experience profiles, session templates, workstreams, and routing
✅ Low-code configuration and custom Dynamics 365 development
✅ C#, .NET / ASP.NET Core, JavaScript, and custom Web API development
✅ Entity Framework and Azure SQL
✅ Azure DevOps, task boards, CI/CD pipelines, and release management
✅ Agile methodologies, including Kanban
✅ Understanding of SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS cloud service models
✅ Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills
⭐ Additional Advantages
Previous Ontario Public Sector (OPS) or Canadian public-sector experience
Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure certifications
Experience with PCF controls, Liquid templating, and advanced Power Platform customization
Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external applications and middleware

This opportunity is for candidates currently based in Canada, preferably Toronto, Ontario. Candidates outside Canada should not apply.Candidates must be able to work onsite five days per week in Toronto. Remote or hybrid-only availability will not meet this requirement.
