Senior Software Developer – ERP/Case Management

Specializing in Oracle PeopleSoft HCM

Requirements

• Hands-on development experience with Oracle PeopleSoft HCM modules
• Strong knowledge of Absence Management, Time and Labour, Benefits, and Payroll
• Experience with PeopleSoft application functionality, configuration, and integrations
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft security, workflow, and application tools
• Experience with PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM), Change Assistant, and Data Mover
• Oracle database management and application database administration
• Strong SDLC experience covering design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance
• Ability to work within Agile, multidisciplinary teams
• Experience delivering enterprise ERP solutions and business process automation
• Experience developing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
• Previous Ontario Public Sector (OPS) or other public-sector experience (Nice to Have)
• Candidates currently based in Canada, preferably Toronto, Ontario. Candidates outside Canada should not apply.

Pay

• INC Rate: $80–$90/hour
