Senior Software Engineer Remote

Position: Senior Software EngineerType: ContractCompensation: $50 - $100/hourLocation: RemoteCommitment: 10-40 hrs/week
Role ResponsibilitiesCreate Reinforcement Learning Environments to test AI models' problem-solving abilities.Develop solutions for complex software engineering problems including bug fixing and feature implementation.Refactor codebases and optimize software performance.Create reproducible environments and golden reference solutions for engineering challenges.
RequirementsProficiency in Python3, Java, Rust, or TypeScript, with additional experience in C++ or Go considered a strong asset.Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and performance tuning.Demonstrated experience in debugging complex software issues and delivering maintainable solutions.Strong background in feature development and codebase refactoring.Proven ability to optimize software for performance and scalability.
