Requirements

• You’ve owned and launched a whole product module
• You’ve operated Temporal, Cadence, AWS Step Functions, or a comparable system in production
• You manage infrastructure with Terraform or CDK
• You’ve orchestrated fleets of servers or containers
• You understand database design, scaling, and performance
• AI coding tools are part of your daily workflow
• 2–10 years of experience
• At least one year at a fast-growing early-stage startup or a high-bar developer-tools/product company

Schedule

• In-office; remote may be considered for an exceptional candidate

Pay

• $200,000–$300,000 base
• Equity: 0.01%–0.25%
