Senior Systems Consultant – Microsoft 365 (M365)

Tasks

• Provide expertise in SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams (Voice/Rooms), Exchange, Power Apps, and Purview.
• Develop Power Apps solutions and implement SharePoint governance.
• Use PowerShell scripting for automation and platform management.
• Conduct client consultations, training sessions, and technical workshops.
• Support M365 modernization, feature adoption, and best practices.
• Mentor junior team members and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Microsoft 365 experience.
• 5+ years of PowerShell scripting experience.
• 3+ years of client consulting experience.
• 3+ years of training delivery experience.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and independent working skills.
• Must be able to complete FBI background screening for CJIS clearance and HIPAA compliance training.
• Preferred: Experience with Microsoft GCC licensing and environments.
• Preferred: Knowledge of M365 governance, security, and DevOps practices.
