Senior Teamcenter Functional Lead

Tasks

• Lead PLM business process consulting and solution definition.
• Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution workshops.
• Support Engineering Change, BOM, NPI/NPD, and Product Development processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams.
• Lead implementation, testing, deployment, and transformation initiatives.
• Drive global PLM programs and stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

• 15+ Years
• Strong Semiconductor experience is essential.
• Siemens Teamcenter PLM
• Semiconductor Product Lifecycle Processes
• Functional Consulting & Solution Design
• Engineering Change & BOM Management
• NPI/NPD & Product Development
• Requirements Gathering & Fit-Gap Analysis
• Global PLM Transformation
• Strong Communication & Stakeholder Management
• Preferred: Fabless, IDM, Foundry, or OSAT experience; CAD, ERP, and MES integrations.
• Former LAM or ASM candidates are not eligible.
