Senior Technical Business Analyst

Collaborating with business stakeholders, data engineering teams, and developers to translate business needs into technical solutions, manage project backlogs, and deliver high-quality system enhancements.

Requirements

• Agile Certification Mandatory
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a Senior Technical Business Analyst role.
• Strong hands-on experience working in Agile development environments and managing Agile project deliverables.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for backlog management, Epics, Features, User Stories, and project documentation.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and translating business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization or analytical tools.
• Strong knowledge of business process mapping, requirements documentation, functional specifications, and fit-gap analysis.
• Experience developing test plans, test cases, facilitating UAT, and coordinating defect resolution.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, project planning tools, and MS Project.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize competing requirements, and work independently in a dynamic environment.
