Senior Technical Program Manager – Data Migration

Tasks

• Lead end-to-end data migration programs across legacy and target platforms, ensuring secure, accurate, and timely data transfers.
• Define migration strategies, project plans, governance frameworks, cutover approaches, and validation checkpoints.
• Establish data accuracy controls, including source-to-target mapping, record count validation, reconciliation, and exception tracking.
• Manage approval workflows and ensure proper audit evidence documentation.
• Partner with business, technology, data, audit, and compliance teams to embed SOX controls throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with change management, access controls, segregation of duties, logging, and documentation standards.
• Drive risk mitigation, issue resolution, and executive-level stakeholder communication.
• Minimize business disruption throughout the migration and cutover process.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of relevant program or project management experience.
• Strong experience managing end-to-end data migration initiatives.
• Expertise in migration planning, data validation, reconciliation, and governance.
• Understanding of SOX controls, audit requirements, and compliance processes.
• Experience with risk management, stakeholder coordination, and executive reporting.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Local candidates are preferred.
• Candidates must be willing to relocate.
