Senior Technical Program Manager PeopleSoft

Tasks

• Provide day-to-day management, mentorship, and performance oversight for the PeopleSoft resource team (UX/UI Lead, Payroll Functional SME, Time & Labor Functional SME, and other assigned PeopleSoft staff)
• Serve as the primary escalation point between leadership, DCHR, and the for scope, priority, and delivery issues
• 16+ years Coordinate Cross-functional work across PeopleSoft HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll for North America, Time & Labor, ) to align priorities and maintain consistent delivery standards
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and resource allocation across concurrent PeopleSoft initiatives, including the digital hiring UX/UI modernization effort
• performance against SLAs/KPIs and drive continuous improvement of PeopleSoft support and delivery processes

Requirements

• 16+ yrs. BA experience
• 16+ yrs. Software Development Lifecycle experience
• 16+ yrs. requirements gathering and documentation
• 16+ yrs. MS Office/PowerPoint experience
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
• PeopleSoft HCM Program/Team Leadership – managing functional and technical resources
• PeopleSoft HCM oversight-level knowledge (Core HR, Payroll for North America, Time & Labor)
• Staff Management & Performance Oversight
• Government IT Program Management (public-sector environment)
• Requirements Analysis & Functional Design Oversight
• Stakeholder & Executive Status Reporting
• UX/UI Project Oversight (PeopleSoft-based systems)
• PMP or equivalent Program/Project Management Certification
• 16+ years Technical Experience with PeopleSoft update manager (PUM) deployments
• 16+ years Technical experience with oracle cloud infrastructure
• 16+ years Technical experience deploying user interface modernization
