Job description
Tasks
- L3 production support and incident resolution
- Develop code fixes and enhancements using C# and .NET Core
- Manage bi-weekly releases, deployments, hotfixes, and go-live activities
- Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot production issues
- Collaborate with Product, QA, Release Management, and offshore teams
- Own sprint stories through deployment
Requirements
- 8+ years of software development experience
- C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET Core
- SQL Server, REST APIs, and Microservices
- CI/CD, Git, Azure DevOps, and Jira
- Strong production support and release management experience
- Preferred: Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Preferred: Datadog, Splunk, Dynatrace, or App Dynamics
- Preferred: Angular, React, or Blazor
- Preferred: Production support team leadership experience
