We are hiring for an immediate opportunity with our client for experienced Senior Technical Support Engineers with strong expertise in desktop support, endpoint management, Microsoft 365 administration, and enterprise IT security.
Required Skills7+ years of Tier 2/Tier 3 IT support experience.Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, MDM, Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Defender for Endpoint.Experience with ticketing systems, patch management, networking, and cloud security.Knowledge of Prisma Cloud, Prisma Access, SIEM tools, and incident response.Scripting and automation experience using Python or Bash
.8+ years of experience aligning IT systems with business processes.
5+ years of technical leadership experience.
Preferred Skills
Hands-on experience with Apple Business Manager (ABM).
Enterprise endpoint management and Apple device enrollment using Intune
