Senior Test Analyst

About the role

Support the technical implementation of enterprise software systems that automate complex business processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Test Analyst experience within the last 10 years working with large organizations and complex software implementations
• 10+ years of experience producing business analysis and testing deliverables
• Experience assessing analysis scope, planning tasks, and eliciting business, user, and system requirements
• Experience leading or collaborating with business SMEs, application architects, developers, and testers
• Strong experience preparing test plans, test cases, and documenting test results
• Hands-on regression testing and updating test plans for periodic maintenance releases
• 5+ years using Test Application Lifecycle Management tools, such as HP ALM, Rational RequisitePro, or Jama
• Experience as a Test Analyst at a state or federal government agency
• Experience participating in or leading technical implementations of pension or retirement-related software projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited institution
