Senior Test Lead

Tasks

• Lead end-to-end quality assurance and testing for complex digital and enterprise solutions.
• End-to-end test leadership for large, complex digital or enterprise solutions
• Test strategy, test plans, test scenarios, scripts, schedules, and completion reports
• Functional, integration, system, regression, accessibility, performance, security, and UAT testing
• Both manual testing and test automation
• UI, API, and database testing approaches
• Test environments, test data, entry/exit criteria, and requirements traceability
• Defect triage, prioritization, resolution, retesting, and closure
• Test metrics, dashboards, coverage reports, and quality assessments
• Release-readiness assessments and production-quality recommendations

Requirements

• Strong test leadership, strategic planning, hands-on testing expertise, defect management, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Demonstrable experience leading testing teams, coordinating business and technical stakeholders, managing testing risks, and ensuring high-quality releases.
• Candidates currently based in Canada, preferably in Toronto or the Greater Toronto Area (GTA)
• Candidates must be available for the onsite engagement.
• Strong communication, leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

Pay

• CAD $65–$75/hour (Inc.)
