We are looking for an experienced Senior Performance Test Lead with strong expertise in enterprise-scale performance testing and engineering using Apache JMeter and LoadRunner.
🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✅ Design and lead enterprise performance testing strategies and frameworks
✅ Establish performance testing standards and best practices
✅ Execute load, stress, endurance, scalability, volume, and capacity testing
✅ Develop performance test scripts and scenarios using JMeter and LoadRunner
✅ Test applications, APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms
✅ Analyze application, database, network, and infrastructure performance
✅ Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend optimization strategies
✅ Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines
✅ Support continuous performance monitoring and optimization
✅ Perform capacity planning, root cause analysis, and performance tuning
✅ Collaborate with development, DevOps, infrastructure, and business teams
✅ Mentor junior performance testing engineers
