Job description
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with UKG ProWFM / Workforce Central
- Strong knowledge of Time & Attendance, Pay Rules, Work Rules, Accruals, Absence Management, and Scheduling
- 10+ years of experience with Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) interfaces
- 5+ years of hands-on Dell Boomi intergration experience in interface development, data mapping, and transformations
- Experience integrating UKG with SAP HR, SAP Payroll, and SAP Finance
- Knowledge of payroll-to-finance posting and end-to-end testing
- Strong SQL skills for data validation and reconciliation
- Experience with CSV, XML, SFTP, and REST API integrations
- Familiarity with JIRA and Microsoft Office tools
