Senior Voice Network Engineer

About the role

Galaxy I TechGalaxy I Tech is looking for an experienced Senior Voice Network Engineer to design, implement, manage, and optimize enterprise voice, video, messaging, and collaboration solutions.

We’re seeking a skilled professional with strong hands-on experience in Cisco Unified Communications, Microsoft Teams Phone, cloud calling, and enterprise network troubleshooting.

Tasks

• Design, configure, and support Cisco CUCM, Unity Connection, Cisco Webex, Webex Calling, and Microsoft Teams Phone.
• Manage SIP trunks, PSTN connectivity, Direct Routing, Operator Connect, and cloud calling solutions.
• Configure dial plans, call routing, hunt groups, auto attendants, call queues, and voicemail.
• Troubleshoot voice, video, and collaboration issues across LAN, WAN, and cloud environments.
• Analyze call quality using latency, jitter, packet loss, MOS, and QoS metrics.
• Support network services, including routing, switching, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, NAT, and firewall configurations.
• Administer Microsoft Teams voice features using Teams Admin Center and PowerShell.
• Perform system upgrades, incident management, root-cause analysis, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with network, security, telecom, infrastructure, and service desk teams.

Requirements

• 6–8 Years
• Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
• Cisco Unity Connection, Webex, CUBE, and Cisco Voice Gateways
• Microsoft Teams Phone, Direct Routing, and Operator Connect
• SIP, RTP, SRTP, SDP, TLS, codecs, and PSTN technologies
• TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, QoS, DNS, DHCP, NAT, and firewalls
• Voice troubleshooting, packet captures, and call-quality monitoring
• Cloud calling and hybrid Cisco–Microsoft collaboration environments
