Senior Workday Configurator

Tasks

• Configure and maintain Workday Security and Payroll modules
• Design and manage role-based security groups and domain policies
• Configure business processes, approvals, and workflow rules
• Support Payroll configuration including earnings, deductions, taxes, and compliance
• Conduct security audits and access reviews
• Translate business requirements into scalable Workday configurations
• Support Workday releases, enhancements, and patch implementations
• Perform Unit Testing, SIT, UAT support, and defect resolution
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Compliance, and IT stakeholders
• Develop configuration guides, documentation, and knowledge artifacts

Requirements

• Strong Workday Configuration experience
• Workday Certification – Mandatory
• Workday Payroll experience – Mandatory
• Workday Security experience
• Business Process configuration experience
• Testing and implementation experience
• USC/H1B/H4-EAD; i94 should reflect H1b/H4

Pay

• $65/hour
