SEO Specialist

Job OverviewThe Marketing Specialist (SEO/Email Campaign) is responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies and email marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility, drive organic traffic, generate leads, and improve customer engagement. This role works closely with marketing, sales, and content teams to optimize campaign performance and support business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search rankings.Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and competitor analysis.Plan, create, and manage targeted email marketing campaigns.Segment email lists, maintain data accuracy, and ensure compliance with regulations.Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize ROI.Perform A/B testing on email subject lines, content, and calls to action.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives.Prepare reports on SEO, email performance, and lead generation metrics.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.3–5 years of experience in SEO and email marketing.Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and keyword strategy.Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.Experience with email platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Constant Contact.Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.Preferred certifications in SEO, analytics, or email marketing platforms.
