Tasks

• Take, prepare, deliver, and clear all food and beverage orders at the food and beverage outlets on the hotel property, in the lobby areas, and during banquet events.
• Prepare and process checks.
• Respond to questions, requests, and complaints from guests.
• Greet and seat guests.
• Carry and deliver food orders from the kitchen to the on-site food and beverage outlets.
• Set up and break down food and beverage outlets and banquet spaces in preparation for and following a banquet event, including: moving tables and chairs with carts designed for that purpose; polishing silverware, folding napkins, setting and clearing tables, placing menus, setting up coffee condiments, setting up buffets with chafing dishes and plate risers, serving utensils, and closely related t
• Cleaning of all food and beverage outlets, banquet space, and public space.
