Service Advisor

Tasks

• Answering customer inquires, either in person or on the phone.
• Answer questions about service outcomes, schedule and book appointments, vehicle drop-off and vehicle pick-up.
• Opening of work orders.
• Develop repair estimates by taking the cost of materials, supplies, and labor into consideration and getting authorization from customers.
• Contact extended warranty or fleet companies for authorization/PO number for any work to be performed on the vehicle.
• Manage and oversee the dealerships workflow and schedule.
• Call customers to advise them about service changes or car pick-up times.
• Maintaining automotive records by keeping track of problems and corrective actions.
• Maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to handle customers inquiry and complaints effectively
• Should have knowledge
