Service Crew

About the role

The service crew provides customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting daily operations to ensure a pleasant dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational excellence and greet and seat customers with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, and serve food and beverages.
• Assist with preparing beverages and food when needed.
• Perform cashier duties.
• Follow food safety, store security, and cleanliness standards.
• Maintain appearance standards and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience working at a casual dine-in restaurant; experience at a Western food restaurant is a plus.
• Good English communication skills.
• Certification of Employment (COE) as a service crew is preferred.
• A degree in hospitality or business administration, food safety training certification, leadership training and certification, and a driver’s license are pluses.
