Job description
About the role
Dynamic Star International Manpower Services is seeking a service crew member to support daily restaurant operations and provide a pleasant dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat customers with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, and serve food and beverages.
- Assist with preparing beverages and food when needed.
- Perform cashier duties.
- Maintain food safety, store security, cleanliness, and appearance standards.
- Maintain operational excellence and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience working at a casual dine-in restaurant; Western food restaurant experience is a plus.
- Good English communication skills.
- A certificate of employment as a service crew member is preferred.
- A degree in hospitality or business administration, food safety training certification, leadership training and certification, and a driver's license are each a plus.
