Job description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Expertise in Service Desk Voice Support (Required)
- Proficiency in English (Required)
- 1+ Year Experience in Service Desk Voice Support
- Strong background in IT Operations, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven track record of delivering impactful solutions
- Experience with ticketing systems & remote support tools
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide comprehensive Service Desk voice support to clients
- Utilize exceptional communication skills
- Act as ongoing client/system interface
- Ensure timely & efficient issue resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Estimated Salary: P28,000 to P35,000 / MONTH
Shift Schedule: Rotation
Rest Days: Rotation
