About the role

Lead our Jubilee House and Winter Shelter services, supporting people experiencing homelessness with compassionate, trauma-informed leadership.

Tasks

Lead our Jubilee House and Winter Shelter services.
Support both staff and residents while delivering high-quality, person-centred services.

Requirements

Experience managing homelessness, supported housing or complex needs services.
A calm, confident leader with a trauma-informed approach.

Schedule

24.5 hours per week average (job share)

Pay

£32,000 per annum, pro rata
