Service Writer

About the Role We're looking for a dedicated Service Writer to serve as the key liaison between our shop technicians, sales team, and customers throughout the installation process. In this role, you'll own the customer experience from check-in to check-out, ensuring every job is communicated clearly, executed accurately, and delivered on time. What You'll Do *Customer Check-In · Greet and check in customers at the time of installation · Document vehicle condition prior to service · Review scheduled labor with the customer and address any questions or concerns before work begins *Job Coordination & Communication · Keep the sales team updated on job progress and status throughout the installation · Recommend labor and/or parts adjustments to the sales representative as needed · Confirm labor tickets are accurate before the installation date · Verify all parts are correct and in stock ahead of installation *Quality Control & Customer Hand-Off · Review completed work and repair orders before customer pickup · Prepare "Toytec Folders" for customer check-out, including: o Sales rep business card o Product invoices, stickers, and related documentation from parts purchased o Toytec warranty and rebuild documentation o Copies of relevant forms (invoices, alignment sheets, etc.) Customer Support · Handle routine customer concerns directly; escalate major issues to management · Conduct customer follow-ups as needed What You'll Need · Knowledge of aftermarket suspension systems, with a focus on Toyota platforms · Solid understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair methods · Valid driver's license with a safe, acceptable driving record · Prior customer service experience · Proficiency in Microsoft Office · Ability to sit/stand/lift up to 50lbs What We Provide · Competitive salary STARTING at $55,000 APPLY TODAY · Franklin Stn, Denver, CO 80229
