ServiceNow Application Developer

About the role

Seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Application Developer to build custom applications, develop reusable components, enhance Service Portal widgets, and deliver secure, scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Tasks

• Develop custom ServiceNow applications, modules, tables, and forms.
• Build Service Portal widgets using JavaScript and server/client scripts.
• Develop server-side logic using Glide API, Script Includes, and Business Rules.
• Configure Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
• Build REST and SOAP integrations.
• Implement ACLs, roles, and secure scripting practices.
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize script performance.
• Support testing, update sets, and deployment activities.

Requirements

• 9+ years of professional experience.
• Strong ServiceNow application development experience.
• Proficiency in client-side and server-side JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Glide API and Service Portal widgets.
• Experience with Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and ServiceNow security.
• Strong troubleshooting and SDLC knowledge.
• H-4 EAD | GC EAD | Us Citizen | F-1 OPT | STEM OPT |
• Candidates must meet applicable work authorization and employment requirements.
• Flow Designer | IntegrationHub | Automated Test Framework | UI Builder | Now Experience | Source Control | ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or System Administrator certification is a plus.
