ServiceNow Architect

Tasks

• Define ServiceNow technical architecture aligned with CSDM & best practices.
• Hands‐on development: custom scoped apps, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Client Scripts.
• Ensure FedRAMP compliance with ACLs, encryption, and secure coding.
• Lead integrations & automation via Integration Hub, Flow Designer, MID Servers, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Establish platform governance with standards & code reviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.

Requirements

• Must already be in OH
• USC, GC, GC‐EAD, TN, H4 EAD
• 8+ years IT experience, 5+ years in ServiceNow architecture/development.
• Expert in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, ServiceNow Studio, UI Builder, Service Portal.
• Experience in government cloud / FedRAMP environments.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB amp; ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping).
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
• CSA, CAD, CIS (ITSM/ITOM preferred), ITIL v4 Foundations.
• Preferred: CTA/CMA, Security+ or similar cybersecurity certification.
• Genuine LinkedIn profile with photo (no recent/multiple LinkedIns).
• Visa copy (for GC/EADs).
• Resume with full educational details (University + Year of completion).
