Responsibilities
✅ Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives and requirements. Develop technical architecture, data model, integrations, and workflows to support business processes.
✅ Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, standards, and methodologies. members on ServiceNow platform capabilities and implementation strategies.
✅ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. Translate requirements into technical specifications and design documents.
✅ Develop the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, and CSS to meet specific business needs. Configure workflows, forms, UI policies, and catalog items.
✅ Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST APIs, SOAP, MID Servers, and other integration techniques. Ensure data integrity and security in integrations.

Required Skills
✔ Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
✔ IT Systems Roadmap Development
✔ Experience as an Enterprise Architect
✔ Experience with system diagramming and modeling using structured modeling languages (e.g., UML)
✔ Hands on experience with ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITFM, HRSD, PPM and SPM
✔ Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other integration protocols.
✔ Proven experience architecting and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments.
✔ Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture including core modules, and components.

Preferred Skills / Preferred Experience
✔ ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications preferred.
