Velovox Infotech is hiring a full-time ServiceNow Developer in Dallas, Texas. This on-site position offers an annual salary of $130,000 per year. You will develop and enhance ServiceNow applications and IT service management solutions, working with IT teams, project managers, and cross-functional stakeholders. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and functionality to meet business requirements.
• Use JavaScript to customize applications and improve user interfaces.
• Integrate third-party applications with ServiceNow using REST APIs.
• Gather and document technical requirements and solutions with stakeholders.
• Align solutions with ITIL best practices and organizational guidelines.
• Contribute to Agile development and deliver quality work on schedule.
• Support and troubleshoot ServiceNow applications and functionality.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including UI and backend scripting.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and REST APIs.
• ITIL knowledge is required.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.

Work Location and Reporting

This role is based in Dallas, Texas, and is not remote-eligible. The ServiceNow Developer reports to the IT manager and works closely with IT teams and project managers to support successful implementations and improve service management processes.
