Velovox Infotech is hiring a skilled ServiceNow Developer in Dallas, Texas. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of $130,000 per year and an opportunity to enhance IT service management solutions by developing and customizing the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications tailored to business needs. Use JavaScript for UI customization and backend scripting within ServiceNow. Integrate third-party applications with ServiceNow using REST APIs. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document technical requirements. Ensure solutions comply with ITIL best practices and company standards. Participate actively in Agile development cycles to meet project deadlines and quality benchmarks. Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot ServiceNow applications and features. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. Proficient in ServiceNow development, including UI and backend scripting. Strong expertise in JavaScript and REST API integrations. Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks is mandatory. Experience working within Agile development teams. Previous experience in a similar ServiceNow Developer role is preferred. The successful candidate will report to the IT Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency in IT service management. This position is not remote and requires presence in Dallas, Texas.
