Are you a passionate ServiceNow professional looking to lead impactful digital transformation initiatives? We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Lead with 5+ years of relevant experience to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations and enhancements
✅ Drive platform architecture, design, and best practices
✅ Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
✅ Mentor and guide ServiceNow developers and administrators
✅ Ensure platform stability, scalability, and governance
Required Skills
🔹 8+ years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow expertise
🔹 Hands-on experience in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Workflow Automation
🔹 Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts)
🔹 Experience in integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and platform customization
🔹 Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
