🚀 We’re Hiring: ServiceNow Scoped / Custom Application Developer
📍 Location: Atlanta, GA
Global IT is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Scoped / Custom Application Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications on the ServiceNow platform.
🔹 Key Requirements:
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
2+ years of hands-on experience in Scoped and Custom Application Development.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting, integrations, and platform customization.
Experience with Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, Knowledge Management, Workspace, Platform Analytics/Data Visualization, and Virtual Agent.
Strong troubleshooting skills across ServiceNow modules and platform engineering.
Experience with code reviews, performance optimization, security, and maintainable development practices.
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ServiceNow AI, Amazon Q, or other GenAI tools.
Working knowledge of Python and AWS environments.
🔹 Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technical teams.
