Key Responsibilities

• Operate various industrial sewing machines to assemble and finish textile products per specifications.

• Adjust sewing machines as needed to maintain optimal performance.
• Keep the work area clean and organized to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets and resolve issues.
• Attend training sessions to improve sewing techniques and machine operation skills.
• Report any machine malfunctions or repair needs promptly to supervisors.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certification in sewing or textile production is required.
• Proven experience operating sewing machines with strong sewing skills.
• High attention to detail to ensure quality output.
• Familiarity with multiple sewing techniques and equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
