NOW HIRING! Shift Field Officer – Plant Operations We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Shift Field Officer – Plant Operations to join our team. Requirements / Qualification & Experience: • Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in Cement Plant Field and CCR Operations • Strong knowledge and Field in Plant Operator, Raw Mill, Coal/Coke Mill, Cement Mills, VRM/Loesche Mills, and related auxiliaries • Proficiency in (e.g., DCS/PLC) operations, process trend monitoring, alarms, and interlocks • Strong field inspection, troubleshooting, and problem-identification skills with the ability to ensure timely resolution of operational issues • Experience in conducting with OPR and Maintenance teams for equipment health breakdowns, and maintenance follow-up • Hands-on experience in kiln shutdowns, refractory activities, and pre-startup checks • Strong knowledge of SOPs, PTW, LOTO/ISO, safety procedures, housekeeping, and 5S methodology • Ability to maintain shift logs, equipment status records, and proper shift handovers • Physically fit to perform extensive plant-area inspections and shutdown activities Deadline: Sep 25, 2026 Apply directly on CazVid.
