Shipping and Inventory Coordinator

Tasks

• Support daily warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders within established timelines.
• Receive deliveries and verify stock quantities.
• Operate reach trucks and material-handling equipment safely.
• Perform inventory counts, reconciliation, stock replenishment, and FIFO rotation.
• Track shipments and maintain accurate inventory and shipping records.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and support warehouse organization.

Requirements

• Hands-on reach truck and material-handling experience.
• Shipping, receiving, and inventory control experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs and perform physical warehouse duties.
• Valid Class 5 drivers licence in good standing.
• Database/data-entry skills, shipment tracking, serialized inventory handling, and typing speed of 35 WPM or higher (nice to have).

Schedule

• Duration: November 23, 2026 – November 30, 2027
• Fully onsite.
• Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM–4:30 PM Alberta time.
