Shipping & Inventory Coordinator

About the role

The successful candidate will support warehouse operations.

Tasks

• Shipping and receiving, Reach Truck operation, inventory control, stock reconciliation, order processing, and handling secure and serialized materials while maintaining accurate records and following safety procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Reach Truck operating experience (counterbalance forklift experience alone is not sufficient).
• Minimum 2 years of shipping and inventory control experience in a warehouse environment.
• Valid Class 5 driver's licence.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience with cyclic inventory counts and computerized inventory systems.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform physical warehouse duties.
• Reach Truck certification and supply chain software experience are assets.

Schedule

• Onsite (Monday–Friday)
• Contract Duration: Approximately 12 months
• Possible Extension: Up to 12 additional months
