Shop Helper

Responsibilities:
- Assist Structural Fitters with layout, measuring, fitting, and assembly
- Prepare materials, tools, and equipment for daily projects
- Assist with positioning, aligning, and securing structural materials
- Use hand and power tools safely and properly
- Read and follow basic measurements, drawings, and instructions
- Move and organize materials throughout the shop
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Perform general shop and labor duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Previous construction, fabrication, welding, structural fitting, or shop experience is preferred
- Experience using hand and power tools is a plus
- Ability to read a tape measure and follow basic measurements
- Comfortable working in an industrial shop environment
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift materials as needed
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced fitters

Schedule:
- Monday – Saturday
- 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
