Siemens Teamcenter PLM Project Manager

Siemens Teamcenter PLM Project Manager for a client engagement (Cisco). Location: Bay Area, CA. Work mode: Remote.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Siemens Teamcenter PLM implementations, migrations, upgrades, and rollouts.
- Manage project planning, schedules, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, and KPIs.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Engineering, IT, Supply Chain, vendors, and system integrators.
- Translate business requirements into functional deliverables and oversee project execution.
- Manage risks, issues, and change control processes.
- Drive PLM processes, including BOM, Change Management, Document Management, and Product Data Management.
- Oversee testing, UAT, deployment, go-live, and hypercare activities.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, delivery quality, and resource utilization.
- Lead governance meetings, steering committees, and executive reporting.
- Drive change management and user adoption initiatives.

Candidate Requirements:
We are looking for candidates with strong Siemens Teamcenter PLM project management experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of delivering enterprise PLM implementations and transformation programs.
