• Compensation: Up to USD 1,800 per month

About the role

As a Signage Project Manager, you will keep clients, sales, design, production, and vendors aligned on project scope, timelines, budgets, and technical details. You will manage projects end to end and ensure teams have clear information to complete work and deliver on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and documentation.
• Translate client requirements into clear actions for design and production teams.
• Coordinate internal teams and vendors through production and delivery.
• Keep clients informed and proactively resolve project questions.
• Maintain accurate progress reports and organized project records.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of relevant project management experience, with signage experience or a qualifying architecture or engineering background.
• Strong client-facing English and the ability to explain technical details clearly.
• Experience coordinating projects end to end across multiple teams.
• Strong organization and accountability in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications

• Architecture or engineering background.
• Experience with Corebridge, Monday.com, HubSpot, or comparable project management tools.
• Signage production and international team experience.
