Silage Crew Positions

2B Custom Forage LLC is looking for two dependable employees to join our crew for the upcoming custom silage season, starting in the middle of August.

Job Duties
• Drive a tractor pulling a silage wagon
• Operate silage bagger
• Push and pack silage
• Drive a semi hauling silage
• Move equipment between jobs as needed

💲 $30 per hour
✅ No CDL required
✅ Experience is preferred, but not required—we’re willing to train the right people
✅ Mechanical ability is preferred
✅ Lots of hours available

⚠️ This is not an 8-to-5 job. Most days you won’t be home by 5:00 PM. We’re looking for dependable, hardworking people who understand the long hours that come with harvest season.
