Site Engineer

About the role

Grand Suez Integrated Limited - Gsi Limited is looking for a competent and experienced professional to join the team as a site engineer.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site.
• Ensure projects follow approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Monitor workmanship, materials, and construction quality.
• Coordinate with contractors, artisans, consultants, and project teams.
• Prepare and submit regular site progress reports.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and construction standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from a recognized institution.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction or site engineering.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, site supervision, and engineering practices.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with contractors, artisans, consultants, and other project team members.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
