• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
• With PRC License
• At least two (2) years of relevant experience in solar power plant construction
• Knowledgeable in site supervision and project implementation
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD
• Able to read and interpret electrical and construction plans
• Knowledgeable in solar power plant systems and construction practices
• With strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Willing to work on-site and render overtime when necessary
• With good attitude, hardworking and responsible
