Site Engineer

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in construction or site supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and AutoCAD
• With strong management, communication, and coordination skills
• With strong personality and ability to handle site-related concerns professionally
• Knowledgeable in construction standards, plans, specifications, and quality requirements
• With good problem-solving and decision-making skills
• PRC License is an advantage
• SO2/S03 Certificate is a plus
• With a valid Professional Driver’s License
• Willing to be deployed to remote areas and project sites
• Able to work effectively with the Project Manager, Project Management Team, contractors, and other project personnel

Job Missions
• Support the Project Manager and Project Management Team (PM/TT) in monitoring overall project implementation
• Conduct site inspections to ensure construction follows approved plans, specifications, and standards
• Monitor the quality of materials, workmanship, and construction methods
• Ensure compliance with technical, quality, safety, and construction standards
• Identify and report construction defects, deviations, and non-compliance
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project personnel on site concerns
• Recommend corrective actions and assist in resolving technical and construction issues
• Monitor project progress and provide accurate updates and reports to the Project Manager
• Represent the Project Management Team on technical and site matters and help ensure proper project standards
• Assist in ensuring timely project completion in accordance with approved plans, quality, safety, and technical requirements
