What you'll be doing:
• Supervising and coordinating daily construction activities
• Directing workers, subcontractors, and trades
• Monitoring job progress and ensuring work meets safety and quality standards
• Reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications

What you need:
• Previous Site Foreman experience on high-rise construction — required
• Strong knowledge of high-rise construction processes
• Experience supervising crews and coordinating multiple trades
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Full PPE required. 3-month probationary period with potential for permanent employment.
