About the role

Tigrisway is seeking a Site Manager Project-Based to oversee and manage a construction project at Camp Aquino.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the construction project.
• Supervise workers, subcontractors, and daily site activities.
• Monitor project progress, quality, materials, and manpower.
• Coordinate day-to-day site operations and take responsibility for them.

Requirements

• Graduate of Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in construction site management or supervision.
• Ability to read construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site coordination.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for day-to-day site operations.
• Willing to be assigned at Camp Aquino, Tarlac.
• Experience handling government, military, or similar construction projects is preferred.
