ABOUT THE ROLE
Join our global Site Payments team and play a vital role in the reconciliation of investigator payments in clinical trials.

“You’ll ensure payments are accurate, compliant, and cleared—supporting study sites, study teams, and key projects across the PPD clinical research services organization.”

WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Perform bi-annual and final reconciliations in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
• Compile and analyze data on patient activities, milestones, and payments
• Investigate and resolve payment issues and reconciliation findings
• Exhibit financial stewardship in managing funds, payments, and project finances
• Build strong relationships with study sites and study teams

REQUIREMENTS
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
