Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Skip Tracer to join our team. This role is responsible for locating individuals, businesses, and assets using investigative databases, OSINT techniques, and in-depth online research. The ideal candidate is resourceful, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. ResponsibilitiesConduct Consumer, Commercial, and EDU skip tracing investigationsUtilize platforms such as TLOxp, LocateSmarter, and other investigative databasesPerform OSINT research, social media investigations, and identity/location verificationAnalyze and validate data from multiple sources to determine accurate contact informationMaintain clear, accurate, and actionable case documentationEnsure compliance with legal, privacy, and ethical standard.RequirementsPrior experience in Consumer and/or Commercial Skip Tracing preferredHands-on experience with TLOxp, LocateSmarter, or similar investigative toolsStrong internet research and OSINT capabilitiesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and manage productivity targetsUnderstanding of compliance and legal requirements is a plus
