Social Media Content Manager

We’ve been building and growing our agency since 2014, and we’re looking for an experienced, full-time Social Media & Content Manager to take ownership of our social media, content, and digital brand.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Own and manage all social media platforms
• Develop and execute content strategy
• Photograph, film, edit and post content
• Create Reels, videos, graphics and more
• Be comfortable behind and in front of the camera
• Work closely with our agents to help them build their personal brands
• Collaborate with our Director of Business Development
• Create content with agency partners
• Work with agents and partners on content ideas, filming, editing and personal branding
• Attend events, open houses, lunch & learns and other opportunities to capture content

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Experience in i.e. photography, videography & editing
• Creative, self-motivated & full of ideas
• Expertise in managing social media platforms and growing brands
• Team player who takes ownership and initiative
• Passionate about our brand, our people and our direction
