Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is looking for a Social Media Coordinator who lives and breathes social media, digital storytelling, and online community building.Working closely with Digital Marketing, Creative, Analytics, Category Marketing, Channel Marketing, Customer Service, Product Management, Corporate Communications, agency partners, and regional marketing teams, this position helps ensure social media programs are executed effectively while continuously developing expertise across the full social media discipline.Whether you're creating content, partnering with influencers, diving into performance analytics, or identifying the next big social trend, you'll play an active role in shaping how the brand connects with customers and communities every day.If you're early in your marketing career and eager to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of social media while learning from experienced industry professionals, this could be the perfect next step.Reporting to: Social Media Manager
Hybrid Work Schedule: 4 days onsite in Rogers, MN
6-month contract with possible fulltime conversion
40 hours per weekWhat You'll Be DoingCreate Content That ConnectsYou'll help bring the brand's story to life across social platforms by developing and publishing engaging content that sparks conversation and drives engagement.Support the planning, creation, and publishing of content across key social platformsManage content calendars and coordinate timely executionIdentify social-first content opportunities that resonate with audiencesOptimize creative based on platform best practices, trends, and performance insightsBuild and Nurture Online CommunitiesMonitor social conversations, comments, direct messages, and brand mentionsEngage with followers and customers in a timely, thoughtful, and on-brand mannerEscalate customer service or reputation management concerns when necessaryHelp cultivate positive community engagement and brand advocacySupport Influencer & Creator Partnerships
